NOS 1982 1D USWEST loc E-7

NOS Western Electric 1D payphone was made in 1982 for Mountain States Telephone and has a bit newer US West instruction cards on it. The phone is set up for 25 cent dial tone first operation. Note the original Bell System gray colored handset and the items the installer would have found inside the phone when unpacking it. You have the phone number card kit of parts, mounting screws, a booklet of out of service sticker and a tag to fill out and send in. The upper lock is a 29A-63 and lower is a 30C.
