Western Electric 191GX. This is a 5 cent version of what if it was a 191G would be a 10 cent payphone. It came from Western New Jersey. In order to make the phone work with just one nickel a metal clip is added to the chute to allow a single coin to drop to the hopper and bring dial tone in. The phone is equipped with a F1 handset and #5 dial.
