Western Electric 183G, 5 cent semi-post-pay payphone or paystation. This phone was in a location where another antique telephone was on the same line. The way this phone worked was the user would lift the handset, dial their desired number and listen for a second dial tone sound, then they would deposit a nickel to connect to the called party.
