Western Electric 162A, 5 cent manual post-pay. One of the first of the payphones or paystations manufactured by Western Electric once they separated from Gray. It is basically a copy of the Gray #50K but it is manufactured with Western Electric parts. Equipped with 144 receiver and the 635 "bulldog" transmitter. This example has a Western Electric made back as well as the upper housing and lower vault section.
