Gray Western Electric 50-K loc R6-3
Gray #50K, manual post-pay payphone or paystation. This 1929 antique telephone was made for the Bell System, it is equipped with Western Electric receiver & transmitter. The upper and backboard are cast iron. Note the early plywood backboard and 315H subset. The vault contains an open top 2A coin receptacle. The upper housing lock is a 10G and Vault lock is a 12B.
