Gray Automatic Electric 750 2 loc FSC-1
GRAY #AE-750, 5 cent simi-post-pay payphone or paystation, bronze in color, I restored this phone several years ago. It was made for the Automatic Electric Co. It has the unusual thin coin return chute seen on a few of my other antique payphones. It has the "shoe" on the front that mounts the "Mercedes" dial and transmitter. The housing is mad of steel. This is an early example, it has no dial cup cut into the upper housing and a flat steel vault door.
