Gray #11 coin collector. An early model with metal instruction sign and very short tabs above the coin slots. This would mount with a bracket to the back of a wall telephone. Note at the top of the sign it says "quarter, dime, nickel", 25, 10, & 5 are also stenciled on the top of the case behind the slots. Later models had taller tabs with 25, 10 & 5 on them.
