Gray Telephone Paystation Co. #10A "Shield". It mounts to the front of a wall phone in place of the transmitter. The paint and celluloid instruction card are original. Coins dropped in the correct slots make specific sounds that are heard by the operator. The sounds resonate within the collector and they are picked up by the transmitter mounted to it.
