Western Electric 500 CD Blue Soft Plastic
Western Electric 500 desk telephone. The early 500 series colored telephones that Western Electric made in the mid 1950 were made of "soft plastic". Some of the colors were different from the later "hard plastic" ones. This is an example of one of them. Note the gray colored "neutral" cords.
