New York Tel NYNEX Change Card Refund
New York Tel a NYNEX Company "Change Card Refund" Appears to have been a repurposed "Change Card Phone". I can only assume that this was use to send remaining funds on a change card to the users phone account. There is no way that this unit would have given a cash refund.
